Seth Godin has an interview on his site and brings up many interesting points about — what I think is — being successful in your online venture. I work for a book publisher so many of these things were very important to read and get insight into.

10. I guess that the majority of online marketers still perceive the web as an acquisition channel, rather than a customer relationship channel. Would you agree?

I would agree that they perceive it that way, and of course, they'd be expensively and dangerously wrong.

How do you view your users (customers in some instances)?
